Fine dining takes happy residence in Brampton with this establishment, one of Canada's largest seafood and steakhouses. More than anything, Louisiana sings for its consistently high-quality service of its namesake dishes: seafood and steak. Enthusiasts gush over the lobster and shrimp linguine and juicy sirloins. There's adventure to be had here, too, with alligator meat and the spiciest jambalaya this side of the bayou. Lots of parking, vast portions and free wifi also recommend this place, which doubles as a sports bar with its various oversized screens. The setting - all dark wood, gleaming beer taps and cloth napkins - has elegance to spare.more...See more text
there food is pretty tastey. I would say they have some pretty good seafood...defenetley try their Jack Shrimp itz relly good but it's also relly expensive and the quantity is not so much either....the bad things is refills are not free and the food's kinda pricey
All 3 diners enjoyed the entree.
The salad was bland. There was little garlic, very few croutons and a small slice of bacon on top. I do better at home with homemade croutons & Renees Dressing!
The service by the waitress was not good. She took our orders and once (as we were cleaning off our plates) passed by to ask if everything was OK. We had to flag down a busboy to get water refills. We were not offered freshly ground pepper for the salad.
The young males who brought the orders and water were polite.
the service was lousy the food was greatly overpriced you cannot get a baked potatoe with your steak, our server was too busy socializing with others to cater to our needs, no utensils on talbe when we got our food we had to ask for them...the steak was tough and chewy and the lobster, all i can say is what lobster, there was only enough there for 1 forkfull!!!!!! You can be sure we will never go back there and will be advising all our friends and co-workers to avoid that place too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
