I can’t comment on the quality of their real tests because they bungled every other aspect. First, they forwarded my report to the wrong doctor. Then, they didn’t add it to the Ontario lab results portal, so my doctor couldn’t access it. When I tried to get it from them, they told me to go on their portal, but the portal won’t let me register because all this happened more than 30 days ago. Now, they won’t even pick up the phone. I am never going here again.

After reading a lot of negative comments I was hesitant to go there. My experience was no different than any other location. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Kenny did my blood work. He was pleasant, polite & professional. I left there as a satisfied customer.
