Was there for dinner and we had 4 people and two coupons which allowed for a free appetizer with the purchase of one entree. We were told that we could not use the two coupons at the same table and were forced to split up and sit in pairs on two ends of the restaurant. Both coupons ended up being redeemed so there was no reason why we all could not sit together. The manager here was very unprofessional and I would not come back.
This is a fabulous spot to eat out when your looking for something local. It has Excellent Service, Great Food, Awesome Deals, and the menu has a good variety of delicious options to satisfy the entire family. There's no doubt that this place is managed well, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone & everyone.
The food here is good. I find that the prices are a bit on the high side for the portion size and quantity though. A meal salad priced at $12.99 looks more like a side salad. I made the mistake of ordering the meal salad and left hungry. Don't order the meal salad unless you want to leave hungry or are a bunny rabbit.
My wife and I have been to Kelseys at this location many times, but we will never go again.
We arrived around 4:45pm for dinner on a Friday night, waited about 10 minites for someone to seat us, which never happen, so we seated ourselves.
The girl came over and told us we had to sit on the other side because it was only her and the bartender working. We said that we would really prefer our table, however advised us we had to move.
I asked her if we could speak with the manager, but she insisted she was the manager.
