I had terrible experience with Imperial Builders run by Kenton.Signed contract with Kenton on Sep/2016 for basement renovation,he asked for deposit of $3,000,I offered to give cheque,he refused and demanded I pay by e-mail transfer which I did.No one was coming to work,said his men are busy with another project,he hired another contractor that he will pay who sent 2 workers started drywall work,they did not get their money, left the work and they threatened lien process will begin after 2 days.
