A hidden gem in the Heartlake area in Brampton !! I recently visited this store and was very impressed with the variety of fresh flowers and more over the team here are very friendly and talented.
I ordered a dozen red roses with special wrapping bouquets and it looked amazing and was priced very reasonably ,
Worst customer service experience ever. I write a note on the delivery instructions to ring the doorbell and leave at the door. I was later called to be told that the delivery could not happen because no one answered the door. I was told to either drive to pick up the flowers myself (and waste $20 I paid for delivery) or so pay an additional $20 to have them delivered again. Worst experience. The owner takes zero responsibility for herself and mistakes. Go anywhere but here!!!
Thank you to the staff at Heart Lake Florist for creating such lovely Fruit Baskets for Meadow at Woodhall Park. The fruits were fresh and wonderfully arranged. We will definitely use this service again.
