DO NOT use this cab company!!!’ This was the 1st time I need to take a cab in Brampton. I ordered a pickup the night before. At the scheduled time the cab did not show up. When I called I was told he was still 10 mins away. When the cab finally arrived the seatbelts didn’t work. The driver didn’t know where I was going nor the payment information even though that was all input online the day before. I also missed my train making me late for work. I will never call a cab again.!!!
alled two days prior to arrange a cab to transport family members to LBP airport for early morning flight. Was told flat rate was $28.00, seemed very reasonable. Re-verified with a second phone call as they hadnt asked for a contact phone number for pick up during first call. Told same thing. Unfortunately that isnt what happened this AM when the cab asked for $45.00. Very concerning as it seems to be a pattern for this organization (refer to other reviews). I gave two stars instead of
Called a cab for my mother at 7:30 am. It's now 12:58 pm as I write this and we're still waiting. Horrible service but I should've known since they can't even spell Quick Cab properly...
The most reliable and highly recommended cab service in Brampton, with great drivers who've always gone out of their way to help me. It's the only cab company I have on my mobile phone!
This cab was soo bad i called on two different occations 1st they came sooo late and charged alot 2nd they didnt come at all i wouldnt advise u to use the cab
I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I confirmed the flat rate of $28.00 with the company the day before I asked to be picked up for a ride to the airport. When the driver came to pick me up he phoned me from the end of the driveway and said he would not drive me for $28.00 and that it would cost $45.00. I refused to pay this and eventually he came down to $40.00.Again I refused so he said $35.00. I reluctantly agreed. Upon return from my holiday I called the company and related this incident. The first man I spoke to confirmed that the cost should have been $28.00 and that he would refund my money. In the five days following this I was given the run around with a different story everyday. The last man I spoke to basically told me I was wrong and the flat rate was $29.00. As he looked up the web site with me on the phone he realized he was wrong but offered no apology for basically calling me a liar. He said the driver would come to my house and refund the $7.00 that I overpaid. This is six days and six phone calls later and nothing has happened. This company does not seem concerned that they are losing business with their rude manner and very poor customer service.
I called in and the man was extremely rude and impatient. They would probably have better business if they had customer service training. The man was angry and arguing with me because I asked if the flat rate would be a permanent flat rate ( since most taxis always give you a flat rate and it always tends to be significantly higher ). Anyways he snapped on the phone, and I had to remind him he was running a business that would OBVIOUSLY have to help people who needed to be ensured of the correct prices. Worst phone customer service ever, I only hope the taxi isnt as ugly as the mans personality.
