I have experienced possibly the worst customer service by management, and staffing that I have ever experienced (Bowmanville). My goods were stolen out of my locker days ago, and I received nothing but ignorance, rude backlash, and a lack of compassion from a specific employee/management. As the victim, I feel like I was treated like the perpetrator. I do not recommend that anyone attends this gym due to the lack of compassion/care that their employees offer towards customers.
