UPS Customer Centres

Package shipped from Ottawa to Belleville and has not moved from Belleville for 6 days since. Nothing from customer center, no delivery time zero. A disgrace to their service. Costco should find a better courier. They need better supervision!

Claimed that box was delivered at front door. I was home the whole day with two dogs who bark if anyone steps up the stairs. Faked the delivery, no customer service to follow up.

Promised by end of day Tuesday. Signature needed. No show. Promised by end of day Wednesday. No show. Promised by end of day Thursday. Almost there...no show. Phone calls don’t make a difference. They don’t seem to care.

Lazy, Refuse to deliver packages, claim they can't find any address even though they have deliver packages to this area and location for over 15 years, reckless when delivering packages. Their delivery service has deteriorated over the past few months to the point that no delivery is guaranteed. Slips to pick up packages at distribution center are now the norm. Head office needs to be notified and complaints filed in order to get packages delivered. Week-long delays still no delivery service.

They were unable to locate our street address which is easily located by postal code or street number. After 1 week delay I was forced to go pick it up. This is not acceptable service from an international carrier.
