Party City

Had to ask 3 times to convince someone to fix this! Was LECTURED about wasting their time and when I said it looks like animal abuse is was told "I disagree" and "it's just a balloon"....a balloon at a children's birthday party where I don't want to teach them to tue a rope to an animals leg. And you couldn't even see it anyhow. Who wants to display a dog's back end for a kids party? Had it grudgingly fixed and reported it to the manager.

I found the store to be very well organized and the staff was friendly and helpfull... two days before Halloween, and we were able to find a great costume in the right size!

Worst staff I have ever encountered, no help at all and when one lady did help she smelled so bad I couldn't stand it!
