Did work without asking. Warranty covered transmission and they claimed to have also done both axel (without my go ahead)but only did one and charged me for both. Interior rear left passenger floor is wet and molded over the 6 weeks they had it. If I could give this place less stars I would. Terrible customer service, dishonest and gives you the run around.

Horrible customer service. Didnt repair vehicle, had to take to another shop to get it seen after a week in the shop. Rude and useless.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! 2800 to service the trans, they charged me 125 for a wheel bearing i didnt want They never mentioned it to me on the phone, I knew was going but it was warrantied somewhere else. They didnt even tell me it was going to be 2800 till after they did the work. If they had said that from the start i would have gone somewhere else. It came to 3300$ with tax with the wheel bearing. got it back, power steering is broke. fine when i took it there, not giving them anothercent ANGRY

Terrible people held the car hostage for 6 weeks total and didnt fix the original problem despite sending it back twice after the original visit. Didnt answer any calls and I had to finally get ahold of them to see when I could pick it up. Got the car back only to find out they broke the power steering and drained the coolant (havent fixed any of it)
