Along with her highly successful years as a music specialist with the Calgary Board of Education, she has started her home studio in Bracebridge “Inspiring Sounds Music Studio” after she moved to Muskoka in 2004 where she offers Piano, Vocal, Theory and Music Theatre classes. Her piano and singing students won numerous awards at the local and provincial levels. Many of her students achieved very high standards with Royal Conservatory Exams.

Some of these achievements include: achieved 100% perfect scores in Rudiments exams. achieved First Class Honors with Distinctions (over 90%) in Practical exams. achieved Special awards and scholarships from Orillia Kiwanis Music Festival and Barrie Music Festival in all levels. Ontario Music Festival Provincial finalists. Students were accepted to post-secondary music programs at U of T, York University, Sheridan College including the well-known Young Canadian Tenor, Daevyd Pepper.
