I’m Amelia. I’m a behaviour analyst, and I’ve been working with children with developmental disabilities for about 15 years in Toronto.
I often work with children with autism, but I am also trained to serve young people with attention deficit disorder and other developmental disabilities. I have a Bachelor of Education degree, and a Master’s of Applied Disability Studies with specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis. I’m also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
My ABA therapy practice involves teaching key developmental skills like language, joint attention, self-regulation, and play.
As a behaviour consultant, I work with families to find solutions to everyday problems. I help smooth out morning routines, defuse sibling conflicts, and soothe homework squabbles.
I mentor and collaborate with other behaviour analysts, and provide supervision for Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) practicum and exam preparation.Call today for a free 30-minute consultation!more...See more text
