Rude Supervisors

I have been going to the Avery's on Pictou Rd for quite some time and I have always had a pleasant experience most times but there is one lady there that is down right rude and has no personality skills whatsoever. This lady's name is Mary and she is an older lady who has a real chip on her shoulder.One example I will give you is, one day I went into the store to get some bananas for my banana bread and seeing that the cashier was busy, I seen her tending to the potatoes, when I asked if there any bananas that were marked down she turned swiftly around and rudely snapped at me and said "whatever is there is there" I proceeded to say that I understood but was unsure if they had ones out back to come out as sometimes it has happened, she rolled her eyes and rudely walked away from me before I was finished speaking. There was another time, I stood at the counter for 8 mins while she was the only one at the cash but she was bagging apples. When I politely said excuse me, she said I can't serve you, you will have to wait. I was appalled as was the man standing behind me. The young girl came racing out from her break I had later learned and apologized for this Mary's behavior. She needs to take a customer service class because she is the rudest person I have ever met in customer service. I am appalled how she is still working there!!!
