Without a doubt, the worst customer service and most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. I very much wish I had spoken with friends prior to dealing with them, bc since our atrocious experience with this company, no one I have encountered has had one positive experience/comment to make about them. BUYER BEWARE! Save yourself the headache and save yourself the money. Utterly horrendous.

This business has atrocious customer service. Harvey changed our oil tank. They were there for hours but never bothered telling us that the job was complete, and forgot to relight our furnace before they left. Now we're without heat in October
