Beverly McLean has spent the majority of her professional career as a practicing Psychologist in St. John’s health care facilities, including the Grace General Hospital, the L.A Miller Centre, St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, the Children’s Rehabilitation Centre, and the Janeway Children’s Hospital.
Beverly McLean is a past President of the Association of Psychology in Newfoundland and Labrador, and she has served as a Member on the Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board. Beverly received a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Memorial University in 1985.
With over 35 years of experience as a practicing Psychologist providing mental health assessment and intervention to people of all ages, Bev has mentored many of the currently practicing Psychologists in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as Psychologists now practicing across Canada.Undetected psychological issues in an individual can have profound effects for both the individual and his/her social circle. Beverly provides testing, assessment, and treatment of adults, adolescents, and children for learning disabilities and attention or anxiety disorders. She also has experience helping patients with depression, adolescent issues, and behavior management.
