Some one should teach the office manager/receptionist how to smile. No matter when you go there or for whatever reason she is always in a miserable mood.Not once in my dealings with them have I ever seen her smile. I am not alone in this opinion, I have heard the same from several other people. Also for the amount of service fees that are paid each year I certainly cannot see any improvements to the community or services being offered.
