Very rude and didn't take the time to fully understand my directions. Raised his voice and fought with me.
If you can't understand where to send your drivers , don't own a towing company. Period.
I'll be letting everyone in oromocto and all surrounding places that this company is not worth there business.
Only had to use once in a Mall parking lot. Battery in my car had shorted out. Guy gave me an old temp battery that he had behind his seat that allowed me to drive a few blocks to CTC to buy a new one. He followed me to CTC to retrieve his battery. Sweet!!! I paid for a tow but it saved the driver a lot of work and me a lot of time. I wish all Tow drivers thought like this guy!
