Had 3 heatpumps installed on may 31/22 , dealt with Jacques with sales , everything including time of installation to financial end was exactly as he stated , his employees were young, ambitious and curtious, had a problem with one pump and was looked after promptly by Justin , I would and have recommended his company several times.Phillip
Excellent service and helpful in creating a new bathroom that is both beautiful and designed well with the limited space that was provided. They were fast and the outsourced carpenters were very careful and helpful with the renovation.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Very reluctant to honor warranties on their products. Sold me a Mirabelle Faucet (life time warranty)for $269 . After regular use it’s supply hose began to leak. They couldn’t find a hose or part #.After lots of back and forth agreed to replace it with Pfister faucet for an additional $95. Pfister (same model) sells for $185 at Cnd Tire.plus installation fee of $104.98. They appear to be more interested in making money than looking after their customers.
