Lyle Bongard RV Sales

I am a first time RV owner at age 63 and from first point of contact with Jason in sales, and the entire team at Lyle Bongards was first class at every step of the process. I left the site with our new RV feeling valued, informed and reassured I could pick up the phone anytime if I had questions. Great People

good prices, but not the best customer service.

We recently bought a used pop-up camper from CRC RV center. We bought for it for an excellent price and find their prices very reasonable. However, when you purchase from them, you REALLY need to stay on top of things yourself. We made the purchase on a Monday and asked to have the camper ready for a Friday pickup...well it wasn't. We didn't actually get to bring the camper home until the next Wedneday. When buying a pop up, you get a tutorial about how to put it both UP and DOWN. I was told this was standard procedure. I wasn't able to attend the tutorial with my Husband as I was working, so he went alone. When he got there the camper was Up, so they only showed him how to take it down. When we went to put it up again at home, we couldn't figure out a few things very well....good thing I found hidden in one of the drawers the original paperwork and THANK YOU GOD the dvd about the camper left behind by the original owner. With that we were able to see and learn about everything that wasn't shown before. I would recommend them for their good prices, but want to warn you to stay on top of them in regards to customer service.
