My husband and I stopped here for lunch today and literally waited 14 minutes once seated and still no server even came to see if If we wanted a beverage or if we were ready to order.
I am also a server and at least we should have been acknowledged and told by the server that they would be with us shortly.
A 14 minute wait with no acknowledgement is definitely not acceptable.
We ended up going to the gas bar and grabbing something to go… And this has happened to my husband at this location
