UniglassPlus / Ziebart

First time to deal with Ziebart on March 21, 2018 to get our recently purchased vehicle polished. I was taken cared of by Doug, who is a great guy. He made sure I get all my questions answered and requests taken cared of. The car was supposed to get a cut and polish work but Doug also threw in a sealant coat. Doug made sure I was happy with the service until the last minute. Had to take pictures of my Sorento w/ the mirror-like shine. Would go back and refer people to the shop!

Hitch and wiring install turned out great. The one issue was taken care of and the end result was a satisfied customer! I would recommend this business for anyone requiring a hitch and wiring.

I brought my car last year for undercoating & rustproofing, their advertisement for a 10 year warranty (reapplication every year) was appealing so i went for it. The 1st application was ok but when i brought it this yr, it's like they did not do anything with my car. I paid $47.46 for reapplication/whatevr. Whe i brought it back cause i was not satisfied, the guy in charge was arrogant saying they did it but no sign that anything was done with my car, not even a smell of chemical or anything!

Avoid this location. The customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. Once they have your money, they have zero interest in dealing with you. Lots of better options that offer same products and services.

Zero for Customer Service

I had dealt with Ziebart and was very unsatisfied. They have terrible customer service! I would not recommend them! There are way better places to go too than this place.
