U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Rented a uhaul and paid a deposit. They said the deposit will be mailed to me. After two months, I called and they said that they sent it to the wrong address so I will have to wait. I asked for more information as to how long etc. then, said transfer me, which sounded like I was put on hold and someone else took the call. That person then laughed and said my name and number are no longer in the system and hung up. Horrible service. Do not use this business.
