Fortunately for this place, they have little competition, because it wouldn't survive in any other city. We were told we'd have to wait for a table. When I asked why when I could seed half the restaurant empty, the hostess said they "have a hold on the kitchen because they are too busy" (the bar was full). I asked if I could sit at a table and have a drink while we wait, and she said no, we'd have to wait in the entrance area. I said forget it and left. When I contacted the manager, I was told basically the same thing that the hostess said; unapologetic.
