Park does not follow its own rules. nothing looked after. Cant get a hold of anyone when there is a problem, and when you do finally get a hold of someone and there is a problem it is pushed aside and ignored. Tenants concerns and issues ignored. Pad rents increased yearly, and no real services given to justify expense. NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO BUY YOUR NEXT HOME IN !!!!!
