After the card system was installed, the card dispenser was immediately empty (why not supply a card for all residence?). When refilled the following Monday it "accepted" $10 from my card but did not dispense one. We called CS, a rep informed us a card would be expedited to our residence; one week later and we are still waiting. Today, a rep informed me it was only sent 3 days ago, loaded with $2.50. They ought to alter their waiting messages, no value found here. Can't even send them a message.
