World Gym

The equipment and facilities are really great but I’m honestly really disappointed with the customer service and care shown by the guy that works at the main desk. When I signed up I was not given any information about any of the facilities and I wasn’t shown where everything is ie. bathrooms, lockers, other facilities etc. I’m not usually one to complain about these kinds of things but this gym is pretty big and a tour when I signed up would’ve been nice

I usually don't do this but my ongoing issue with this gym needs to addressed since they're not willing to do anything about my cancellation.
