Very moody looking crew working here. Ordered a coffee and breakfast biscuit. Lady made the coffee and walked to the end of tge counter on my keft. I picked it up there under a sign which said mobile pickup. I waited there for my food but was then told oh no unless its a mobile order your food will be at the other end of the counter. The only sign at the other end says Order Here.
Hate that stupid arrangement trying to figure out where to go to get your order.
Today, @ about 530pm while visiting the Tim Horton's located @ 1410 Blanshard St. Victoria BC I was completely WOWed by an employee named Skye! She went the extra mile delivering OUTSTANDING customer service and making sure our dining experience was pleasant and delicious!If it were up to me, she would get a raise, a promotion and receive benefits medical/dental to ensure she would continue to be a Tim Horton's employee!
