Best north of San Jose

Bac Hai says, "Best Vietnamese food I've had north of San Jose and west of Montreal, after living in Viet Nam for two years." New guests might try menu item Number 18 first, then start at the top of the menu during subsequent visits and work their way down. Service is cheerful, helpful, informative. Artwork is impressive. Located in the centre of Antique Row on Fort Street in Victoria.
