Reliable Parts

I heard negative things about here so I was a bit tentative to pay them a visit I was happy to see the great customer service I received, they found the exact part I was looking for at a fair price.

I have purchased various parts numerous times at the Victoria location over the last 20 years and have always had excellent service and found the stock to be substantial.

long waits on the phone, never seem to have what I need in stock and if they happen to have it the price is outrageous

John S was extremely helpful. He searched for, and found, a tiny door switch for our microwave... without the part number! He took the time to think it through, rather than sending me home to search further. Thank you so much John!! Hot coffee tomorrow am....

Can't speak to the other folks, but I've never had any problems here. They're not cheap, but they've probably got a landlord to feed. I've been there several times in the last few years and either got what I wanted or advice on where to get it. Maybe things have changed?

BRUTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude, insensitive and mean. When they did not want to help they gave me the run around to call customer service and then the customer service manager who made fun of me to the manager without putting the phone on hold so I heard everything. I bought a gasket it was completely warped. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL> I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN

If you have other options, do not get into this store. The part is not returnable, also extremely expensive. I bought a stove cooktop lockout board for $180, later I checked online, it is only $51 CAD. so do you homework before deal with this store. The people here also treat customer differently.

Completely overcharging and not friendly at all!!

I called there today to find out the cost for a fridge part and the woman I spoke with extremely rude. Not to mention they're HUGELY overcharging!!! They quoted me $87 for a small fridge shelf (in a side by side fridge size)!! I found it online for $30 including shipping... take your business elsewhere people, you have MANY other options than this place.

Terrible customer service

You will only inconvenience these old boys!! Expect you to know everything! Well I will know but because I have to do all the leg work I will order from a supplier online. Thanks for the attitude. Never coming back!
