Pillar To Post

We hired Pillar to Post to do an enhanced home inspection that included water intrusion detection for $720. They found no major issues. On moving in, we found substantial issues with the upper bedroom wall and door, including slumping of the support beam and tearing of the door from the wood frame. An engineering inspection later found signs of envelope damage and water intrusion, including white mold and rotting roof sheathing. While a refund was offered, our damages are $50-60K or more.
