Never in my life have I had suck terrible customer service. As one who has worked in the service industry I am usually quite sensitive to issues. I ordered delivery at 5pm, my order was "received" at 5:15, and I was given the delivery estimate of 85 minutes, an amount I was shocked at but I understood it must be busy (on a Sunday). 30 minutes after this had passed still no food. Koto Dinner Specials

I've been eating at Koto since the mid 80s before I had kids. Now, all of my kids go here on a regular basis. If you order one of the dinner specials (teryaki steak, chicken) you get sunomono salad, tempura shrimp and veggies, a chicken yakitori appetizer, miso soup, sticky rice and the main dinner that comes sizzling on a cast iron plate! The food is dependable and delicious and the dinner specials come in at apprx. 14.00.......not a bad price at all for all of the food you get!
