I have now used Inside Out on two occasions. Both times Vaughn exceeded my expectations. He is thorough, timely and provides a detailed report. He takes the time to explain his findings and recommendations. I have recommended this company to family and friends and Vaughn will be the first person I call for inspection services in the future.
My first condo was a pre purchase. It was under Unimet Homes, and the development was in its’ final phase of construction. Vaughn, the Owner of Inside Out Home Inspection, came out to see the inside construction of the building, and my unit prior to its’ final stages of drywall etc. He was so impressed with the development and soundproofing, structure etc. After the condo was finished he also made another trip out to do a final inspection.
