I placed 2 die orders with this company and both orders were messed up, which I was did not make a big deal out of it. I've paid WC&B Mfg. over $2000 in the last year and when a die broke on me that was less than a year old that was used and stored properly, they still made me pay an extra $300 on a new die without even a discount!
They do not stand behind their work and do not care about their customer service.
