Do not ever use this service.EVER! Bought a tire,sidewall blew up.Towed car back. Paradise said it would be covered under warranty,then said it would not be. Then after I bought new tire , they said it was covered. They caused $500 of damage to car by using the wrong lug bolts.GF went to pick car up and they sent her away with a flat tire, even after she said it looked flat They denied doing any work on the car in order not to pay repair bill. New owner. It sold 6 months ago. Hence good reviews.

Owner is dishonest, does not know what he is doing. He destroyed my tire pressure sensor, and tried to claim that it was damaged already (yet the sensor light only turned on after he removed my tires). He replaced it with a defective one and told me I had to have it programmed at my dealership & that he would pay for the programming and my gas costs. In the end I had to get a new sensor installed at the dealership. Cost me hundreds of $$ & hours of my time. Owner now refuses to reimburse me.

Customer service above and beyond! I was very nervous about purchasing used winter tires especially at a price that after shopping around seemed to good to be true but Faizal put me at ease and assured me I would be happy with their performance. Finally able to test them in our current dumpimg of snow and I am beyond happy...thank you Faizal!!!

Excellent customer service at a great price...Technician was working alone and suddenly there were many customers. He remained calm and helpful while completing the replacing of my tires quickly. Very happy

I had damage to a tire and was calling around for a replacement. Wasnt having any luck until my phone rang and it was paradise tire calling me back to say he found my tire! Went there and he blatantly told me my tire didn't even need to be replaced. I ended up buying the tire anyways to keep as a full size space. He was super helpful, honest, gave me a great price, and made sure I was happy. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely great! Faizal was amazing, extremely helpful. New to Abbotsford. Certainly cares more about a good experience with their shop then a sale! Highly recommended
