We are a small family-run business that sells new & used hot tubs at discounted prices. We sell many brand names, and can offer over 200 models to choose from, ranging from cheap to extravagant. Be warned, this isn't a typical hot tub store! Some of the 30+ "floor-models" are displayed outdoors in a unique outdoor showroom, many of them shrink-wrapped on pallets. We meet with clients by appointment to help them figure out what brands and models are best suited for their particular needs, tastes & budget. The owner/salesman is a certified master technician. Over more than 16 years, he's had hands-on experience with all the brand names, so he probably knows more about hot tubs than any other hot tub salesman in BC. Tou will get scammed! What was wrong with "refurbished" spa:
Heater not electrically grounded, electrical mounted flat, 5 leaks, rotten structure and motor mount, scabbed OSB siding - improperly installed, 3 non-working jets, “new custom fit lid” that leaks heat, insulation removed, grimy jets, missing pillows, and delivered without any instruction manuals or guides.
These guys are, argumentative, unaccountable, manipulative, deflective, unsupportive.
DO NOT BUY! You will get ripped off.
We are fair & honourable, and we expect the same from clients. This client chose a cheap used model, "as is". There was nothing wrong with it other than it being an older tub in "used" condition. We repaired the leaks for free, plus offered extras and special favours, but there was no satisfying this man. We're nice people but we won't tolerate being abused, threatened or lied to, which is sometimes why we get malicious reviews from people who are mad that they can't bully us into compliance.
I don't believe this is a legitimate review from a real client. I can find no records of an unsatisfied client during this month...

Spending 13,000 on our hot tub and so many issues from day 1. Impossible to get things fixed in a timely manner, unfortunately, and no warranty coverage when stated there was. We have had to spend hours and our own money fixing issues which should never have been issues after purchasing an expensive and quality tub. It is great to support small and local businesses but large purchases such as this it is best to go to a reputable, larger company who can provide technicians to ensure the tub wo

I just recently received my tub and I am so happy!! I spent a long time looking for the perfect hot tub for my family. And with the help of Shelley and her team at hot tubs galore I was able to find it! The whole process was so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Hot Tubs Galore to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot tub!!
