We experienced that Furniture land has no control over their suppliers. Our shipment was promised to be delivered in 8 weeks and was delivered in 19 weeks. This furniture store kept us blind as to where our shipment is. The shipment got delayed two times and no one cared to contact us about the delays. We had to reach them many times and yell for an actual update but they did not care. No efforts were made to compensate the late delivery and hassle we had to go through. Just a typical money maki
Only gave 1 star because I had to. When you buy a mattress, make sure they give you the same one. I bought a great quality mattress that I tried at their warehouse and was sent with a cheap, hard, low quality one with a different name. Still do not have a mattress and they have refused to refund me.

Very helpful staff .Great value for money. They helped me find what I was looking for with no hard sales chat.Just wanted me to be sure and happy with my sofa and mattress.I spent hours in store and must have sat on every sofa and chair there.I didn't feel rushed but made welcome to spend as much time as needed by sales person.Thanks again.

Worst service ever seen. staff (kamal) never stay on his words , once they get payment then they dont care and never refund you if you put the money on hold item . Dont waste your time and money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND THE OWNER.

The $2700 leather recliner wouldn't work after 45 days. NO REFUNDS. Repair only. Then find out they had the parts in stock, but I had to wait two weeks while they ordered them. Delivery was a hassle. The delivery driver wanted $100 cash to take the sofa off the truck. NO.

Spent $6,300 to furnish my 2 bedroom condo. Total of 22 items. My $2,700 sofa is broken after 6 month, and they are not willing to fix the sofa. Why would you buy anything from them. Very poor customer service
