Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service. We will definitely go back and support this local business and I suggest you do the same.

Fantastic service. When I go to a jeweler I do not want to rush the watch maker. Especially when changing a battery. I just wanted it done right. It was done right and affordably. I came in at about 2:30 pm. Sascha told me when they closed (4:30pm) and told me when my watches were going to be ready 4:00pm. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism. Jeff ?
