Phillip sold our sailboat recently, he was great to deal with,sold our boat quickly and negotiated hard to get the money we wanted.He looked after all the selling details, taking the boat to get clearance so we could sell it in the USA where we kept it, looked after the survey and meeting any inspectors at the boat, it was a very trouble free experience. We also bought our new power boat through Phil, again he was extremely helpful, we were very impressed with the service and professionalism.

Pacific Coast Yacht Sales picked up my boat in Sidney and took it to Richmond to sell. Out boat needed repairs AFTER getting to their docks. He charged excessive hours and grossly overcharged for parts. He installed parts that were not required without my authorization. He is difficult to deal with and doesn't respond to my emails, texts or phone calls.
