The pump ran out of paper and the employee named Param told me to go inside and get my receipt. I said I could not because I have a back ache and she said they were busy but I told her I will wait. She left and just walked around not even helping any other customer. After a few minutes, she went to the office and got my receipt and gave it to me. This employee was very rude and in my opinion lazy too.
I'm writing to complaint about the service that I had on this banch. I bought a gas this morning and I asked for Supreme/91. They guy put Regular instead. BMW car won't run on Regular gas. I complaint on the manager and only suggested me to buy more gas.
If my car get stall on the road or engine failure or accident because of the employee's mistake or a trip to BMW to fix the engine, I don't think the Chevron branch on Blundell and No. 3 Rd. Richmond will do anything for compensation.
