I have been a customer for some 16 years since retiring to the area. I have always found John and Bonnie to be helpful, honest and trustworthy. I recommend the store highly.

My husband and I went in to ask a question about a bike accessory that we had purchased second hand but knew was previously purchased at Head Over Heels. The store owner gladly helped us out (even though we had no receipt and were not the original owners). He Also helped us with a number of different products, including spending almost a hour with us helping choose just the right saddle. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, extreamly helpful and the store offers great selection and prices!
