They dress the secretaries like vets, and sell you medications that cost plenty, but dont work.If you can afford to drive farther to a better vet, then do that .for your pet
The doctors and staff at Lighthouse Veterinary Clinic are marvellous. My elderly dog has always received expert and loving care, and I have always received complete support in all my concerns.
I gave this 1 star as no stars was not an option. This was the worst experience my almost 12 year old dog and I have ever experienced. I would never recommend this vet to anyone!
Overall, I have found the Staff and Vets at this clinic to be extremely caring. My cats and dogs have always looked forward to seeing them, and to receiving the tasty treats which ultimately distract my wee furry ones during check-ups and procedures. Being a customer for over a decade now, upon the passing of some, this team not only made it easier for them, but also for me. Continuing to take my new "furry kids" there, I salute this clinic with a Five Star Furry Critter Supportive Rating!
I have been going to Dr. Hannah for over 11 years and taken my dogs all over the world with me, and experienced all kinds of vets and their services, none compare to Dr. Hannah. It is a full service office and they put your pet first. Not fancy, but the value is in the service and quality of care! I'd highly recommend this vet!
If you are a mainstream pet owner, you'd probably like this place. I hated it. My entire visit the vet was more concerned with the fact that my tomcat isn't neutered and my beautiful and gentle puppy is shy. The whole time I felt as if on trial...
Also if you're looking for a more holistic or individual approach to your pet's health this is not the place to go.
Very disappointing.
