An appointment with another company to empty the gutters and clean them and the vinyl siding of my house did not materialize when the company did not show up and failed to communicate with me. I contacted Pro Home Maintenance. They provided an estimate the next day and the work was completed two days later to my complete satisfaction. We cannot recommend Pro Home Maintenance enough. The owner, Reid and his workers Craig and Brett were extremely professional and did an exceptional job at removing thick moss from our house and a second building. They discovered three holes in one of our roofs from a windstorm years ago and went out of their way to make repairs. Power washing of front porch, patio etc. was also done to perfection. I contracted Reid to remove the moss from my tile roof and to power scrub the concrete driveway, sidewalk and patio. The job was completed June 16 and I am very pleased with all aspects of the work. I found Reid and his foreman to be very professional and I was impressed by their strong customer focus.
Reid and his team are clearly knowledgeable about the products for this climate. Their work is impeccable and timely. They demoss roofs and clean up terraces and always return if a stubborn spot fsils to disappear initially. They also wash wood surfaces to get rid of black algae. I have never hesitated in recommending Reid and his team. They are polite, courteous and extremely competitive in their pricing. They always arrive at the agreed time and leave the work area as it was found.
They go over and above every time to ensure that the client is completely satisfied. We have used Pro Home Maintenance since our arrival on the island six years ago. We would not dream of using anyone else. They are exceptionally professional and a pleasure to deal with.
