My 10-year old daughter and I were treated like guests at a five star hotel! The staff were skilled, personable and genuine. I highly recommend the store because the displays are inviting to the eye and neat.
No complaints. Mike the manager seems on the ball and eager to please. Convenient to my home and near a Cuban cigar store. When he couldn't get the part in time for a trip, he called me right away.
Not especially professional, and much too interested in selling rather than assisting. Would not offer a year-end price in mid-Oct for a summer bike, and at best 10% off on the hundreds in extras I wanted (why bother?). Found exact same bike and package of extras at Obsession in N. Van for $340 less. And this was at a time when every store was clearing out year-end stock. Not pleased with the time waste. Give them a pass.
