The professional service we've have received from Walco has been excellent. Any time there’s been issue or concern, I get an immediate response. I couldn’t ask for anything better. The innovation they have shown in developing a custom cleaning solution for our plant has saved us time and money on our shutdowns.
We have used Walco for several years. However, they clearly are no longer interested in customer service. After more than 3 weeks of playing phone tag and endless excuses why they won't schedule an appointment, we were today told to use another service. Save your time and just call someone else!
