Such an awesome place to get stuff for our beloved pets. The knowledge makes me feel comfortable getting products from this store. Service is always friendly, prices so great, and the store is very clean.

Worst customer service I've seen in years. Was told rats were ordered 3 weeks ago and on the way for 2 hungry snakes. Call a week in and was told the order wasn't even placed. Went back today 3 weeks later from the first try of placing the order. Was told the order was still not placed and wasnt planned on being done any time soon. Manager laughed in our face when we expressed our anger towards that. Offered no solution whatsoever and when told our business would go elsewhere didn't care at all
