I had a small job- master bedroom and laundry closets and 2 bathroom rolling shelves. I was told the total install would occur Dec 10 and to have my closets ready ( old racks out, walls filled and painted, which I did ). No one showed up on Dec 10 and there was no communication . On Dec 20th, the master closet was installed and finally near the end of January the rest of the job was complete. Lack of communication was a huge problem. I did get and apology and small discount.
