Pier 1 Imports

Called earlier in the day to make sure a photo frame was in stock and available. After a positive confirmation, drove to North Vancouver in the 5pm traffic only to arrive at the store and be told they couldn't find the item. None of the sales staff seem bothered by this, or just didn't care. Waste of time. Will not be returning to Pier 1.

Went in to grab some T-Light candles, easily the worst price in town, at 6 times the going rate, and I had to provide my phone number to purchase it? F them, I will never set foot in their store again

love this store! always forget it's there but always has amazing finds. They also have great deals every month! The staff are always super friendly and helpful without being pushy. The atmosphere is bright and inviting and smells delicious!

Althought pier I has great stuff some of the staff can be quite rude which makes the actual shopping experience undelightful
