He later moved to London England and started apprenticing in big hotels like the Empress Hotel and Hyde Park Hotel untill he moved to Vancouver and started to work in fine dinning restaurants to mention a few, Da Vito Restaurant in Gastown, La Casa di Emberto and Cafe de Paris from the late seventies till the early eighties when he opened Carmelo's in West Vancouver and remained there untill 1994 when he sold the restaurant to open Bravo Cucina.more...See more text
