4 WEEKS+ WITH A BROKEN FRIDGE WITH LOWES WARRANTY We bought a LG fridge 3 years ago and it is not working since last month. It just cannot keep the proper cold temperature. We also bought extended warranty. Called service and wait for 1 WHOLE WEEK for the service tech to come for just a check and clean up. After ANOTHER WEEK of no update we call the service tech again and was told they cannot fix it and will order us a replacement. Today it is OVER 4 WEEKS wed been without a working fridge and

Disgusting customer service About a week ago the wife and I went to Lowes to look at the shelve unit as it was on sale. When I asked an associate about the free shipping advertised in that weeks flyer , she said it only applied to online purchases. NP ... I ordered and paid online only to find this item didnt qualify for free shipping. So much for the advice given to me. Order was confirmed as was item ready for P/U. A few days later I went back to store to P/U the item. Waited 5 min. to speak
