    The most reasonable decking company hands down, good price for top quality work and his co worker is quite fit

    Does not stand behind his work!

    Dutchman installed new vinyl on our balcony. He did not install proper flashing around the brick chimney chase and after four years, we noticed a soft spot on the deck, so it must have been leaking for quite some time already. At the time when he was installing the vinyl he claimed that this was the best way and that water would not get in under the flooring. I have tried to get him to come and look at the problem and repair it (he gave us a worthless 5 year warranty), but after 14 telephone calls over a two month period he refused to come and even look at it. We are now stuck with replacing a large portion of the deck by another tradesman. This guy is to be avoided. There is no "QUALITY" in Dutchman Quality Decking.
